Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility

• Wrong size delivered — eligible for free exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
• Defective or damaged product — eligible for replacement or full refund within 48 hours of delivery.
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• Custom or personalised jerseys (name printing, number, custom crest) are non-returnable.
• Sale or clearance items are exchange-only — no cash refund.

How to request a return

1. Go to your order confirmation page (link sent via email/WhatsApp).
2. Click "Request a Replacement".
3. Fill in the reason and submit. We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange pickup.
4. Pickup is free anywhere we serve.

Refund timeline

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• UPI/card refunds land in the original payment method.
• COD refunds are issued to a bank account you specify, via NEFT/IMPS.
• Shipping fee and COD handling fee are non-refundable except when the return is due to our fault (wrong size or defect).

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched — full refund processed within 5–7 business days.
• After dispatch, treat as a return request.
• To cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your order ID.
